We were never told that our steps would not be shipped with our pool kit. There was a two day delay on the steps, we felt that someone at royal swimming pools should have made us aware of the problem with the steps.
you advertise free shipping but when your customer checks out there is a handling fee charge.Is that not another name for shipping?
