Excellent service I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Quinton. Very thorough and patient with me throughout the whole transaction. Answered questions without having to check with someone else. This loan was an answer to prayer. I will certainly refer any and all friends or family to Royal investment . Quick and easy refinance I used Kristy in 2023 when I purchased the home. Ive spoken to her a couple times over the last 2 years about refinancing. When I decided the time was right, she quickly took care of almost everything. The entire process was less than 2 weeks. She stayed in contact every step of the way and left absolutely no surprises. Highly recommend reaching out and talking to Kristy for a mortgage loan!
Sam made this a painless process We shopped around prior to selecting someone to help us with the process of our loan. We ended up choosing Sam and we are so glad we did! He walked us through every step, explained things in a way that were easy to understand, and checked in with us throughout the process so that we did not feel like there were gaps in communication during processing times.
