Michael made the whole experience a good one and most of all easy. I've always dreaded dealing with loans and the process , as I'm not used to it, but Michael made the process so easy and clear and any question that arose he answered it. Every time he would give us a time frame for answers , he delivered. What we were told to expect never waivered, The transparency he showed in the beginning is the same we received through the whole process. Thank you for making such a scary process an easy and understandable one.

Jennifer was terrific! From the beginning getting to know her was great experience. Jennifer asked about us as the client and understood why we were seeking a home improvement loan. She explained what the process would entail and the time frame to complete the process. Each step was supported by Jennifer as she lead us through the loan steps.
