It was a great experience It was fun working with Jennifer Payne and this company. I have worked with them in the past. I was looking for better options that would help me in my position. She listened to me explaining me and my situation. The gave me several options. She gave me time to think about the options. Great Experience, Highly Recommend I have had some really poor experiences in the past with other companies, but Kahner made it a breeze to navigate through the process. If I became unhappy with something going on in the process, he quickly resolved any issues and made the process totally seamless. I wasn't sure I would be able to refi with the ease that it occurred! I highly recommend Kahner and Royal as they totally stepped up to the plate and addressed everything I needed to have happen.
It was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and was so nice it was like talking to a friend. He really cared about us and it was so nice to have a financial person not talk to us like we knew nothing. He made sure we understood everything.
