Seamless! Drew Colello was so professional and fully explained every step of the process to me. He was always transparent and made sure I was on board with the route we were going. He was willing to listen to my ideas and took my concerns into account. I had no idea this was going to be a comfortable process but I am so happy I answered when Drew called.
