Outstanding experience I dealt with Brannon Parker as my loan officer an excellent individual that demonstrated patience, and knowledge. He explained the process of the loan throughly and responded to all my questions. Interest rate was reasonable. His communication skills are outstanding. My experience with Kristy Storm throughout the process of refinancing my mortgage was excellent! I have worked with Royal United before and have always been pleased with my results. This was the first time that I have worked with Kristy Storm. Kristy was very professional, but yet friendly and pleasant to talk to! She is very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions! It was a great experience. The entire process was very fast an efficient. The great staff was quick and very thorough. This process was all done by the internet and phone conversations.
It was an excellent experience to work with Jennifer, Payne Jennifer made everything easy. She made and she made sure I understood everything I was signing. She talked me through the computer. She was just patient and kind you didn’t make me feel bad because I didn’t know what she was talking about.
