My rep actually cared about me. I felt like I was talking to family and completely relaxed in the questions ask of me. My rep was very helpful in designing a plan built for me.
Out of the ballpark on the first swing I was just starting out and had no clue where to start - I filled out a random form on the book of faces and at just shy of 8 am the next morning Brian called me.
