I purchased a shed from Hometown Sheds 1 year ago. It was financed through RTO National. I have been making my payments with Melissa Sinclair each month. There have been a few months where I couldn't make my payment on time. Not only have I never had to pay a late fee but Melissa has personally sent me text messages just to remind me. I am happy I was able to make my final payment today. I am even more happy with the customer service I have received over the past year! Thanks guys!

I just received our cabin storage shed. I have not had any problems so far. I’ve been treated great starting with the ordering all the way to the delivery and setup. I even had some things modified solely for us. Thank you and we really love it. We’ve actually had a lot of people stop and ask where we got it. Thank you again. I almost forgot the man who did the delivery and setup Mr Yoder was AWESOME. I hope you pass on to this man.
Melissa at RTO has been kind and patient with me, as my busy life sometimes gets in the way of little details like paying the bills on time. Argh. Thanks for being nice about it......it feels like I am actually working with a real human.
