I’ve been trying to get my money back for almost a month. They were so quick to take it out of my account, but can’t give it back. But keep giving me a runaround and don’t wanna put my money back in my account.

very disrespectful Customer service or as they like to be called Account Managers. Send you a text saying you need to make you payment and they had already cash the check 3 days before the text message when you call especially LaChandra she is rude and said she will take the $204.46 payment and post it to the account when I told her the amount of the check was $1,260.40 she hung up on me. Many banks have bill pay set up for their customers' accounts, which clears the funds from your account as soon as they mail the check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The customer service is terrible. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make up random numbers to bill you, and harass you with texts, calls, and voice mails. And of course the 20% interest rate.

I was in a hurry to get a shed built and didn't read the fine print about the financing, that part is on me. My shed was struck by lightning and burned to the ground in seconds. I've tried getting the fair market value of my shed and was told I couldn't have that info since it was lease to own, I have homeowners insurance that is covering thr costs. Do not use these crooks. Lots of hidden fees and fine print, and the dealer and manufacturer made false promises that RTO says never were on the table. We feel completely betrayed and will slam this scam daily. We bought a building that had a cash price of 5100 but if we go term it will be 11000, that's ridiculous. We were told we had 6 months of no interest to pay it off and now RTO says they don't offer that but it shows on their Facebook page that they do.
