As some one who is disabled and lives on a fixed income I thought when I financed my building it was going to be great. Today is Sept 15th. Yes, I have not been able to pay Aug 16th payment until a few days ago. Well when I called and emailed Tiffany to make the payment she said she could not take one payment that she needed two payments and retrieval of my shed would continue to escalate. This place is a scam, they will steal all your information ask for a deposit. Then say you are not approved and keep your deposit.

we have called about issues with the shed but if it is the payment they are fast to call to collect . we have been asking for months to have some one come look at the shed cause the lock want work and the door goes back and hits the screen on the window tearing it which is bad design . I would not recommend this company my case manager acts like I have never contacted her over considers but have several occasions.
they don't send you nothing about your account.you think you got your building paid for after two years you want your paperwork showing that's it's paid for you waint for. at least (2or3weeks nothing so you call them they say oh you owe another year for that kinda of money I could have got two build never again or any body I know I will gladly tell them what kinda of company these people are.
Awful company to deal with. I have never seen such unprofessional people. The communication is horrible. Multiple questions that go unanswered. The most baffling question I had is why does your website not contain any balance information? When we purchased our shed we were told by the company we purchased it was a 12 month option and little did we know we got completely screwed on the entire ordeal. My experience is that RTO is a top notch lender and leader for financing these storage sheds and garages, especially in comparison to two others I'd looked at on-line. They gave me unfettered access to my garage from the application process to final payment structure. That is what I wanted and that it what they delivered!
The customer service rep I just spoke with was nasty and rude.
I have been paying on my shed for well over a year or more now. I am currently two payments behind and Stan, the account manager is not willing to work with me. I tried to pay today but with our financial situation it would not go through as has in the past. All I got was insults about the choice of my banking institution and insinuations that I was passing a "Bogus" Bank card from Stan.
