RTO National – Extremely Concerning Experience My experience with RTO National has been nothing short of alarming. I was never clearly informed when my payments were supposed to begin, and I did not receive the email communication I was told to expect on how and when to start payment. A representative later confirmed that their emails were not going through on their end. so how do i know when and how to start? My review isn't meant to be negative, it's meant to be informative. The people at RTO are great and all of our conversations were warm. However, my loan/lease with RTO was meant to be a bridge loan. I specifically asked if I could pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalty. I was told that I could pay it off early with no prepayment penalty. Well I found out later thats not exactly true. I’ve been trying to get my money back for almost a month. They were so quick to take it out of my account, but can’t give it back. But keep giving me a runaround and don’t wanna put my money back in my account.

very disrespectful Customer service or as they like to be called Account Managers. Send you a text saying you need to make you payment and they had already cash the check 3 days before the text message when you call especially LaChandra she is rude and said she will take the $204.46 payment and post it to the account when I told her the amount of the check was $1,260.40 she hung up on me.
