Purchased and financed a shed before the Christmas holiday. We are now in March and the shed is NOT working as it was sold to work. I have been patient with leaving messages and going back and forth and once again it's been weeks without any word from the financer or company I purchased this shed through. I feel like we were scammed and I will ensure I do not recommend either of these companies to anyone looking for a referral

RTO National – Extremely Concerning Experience My experience with RTO National has been nothing short of alarming. I was never clearly informed when my payments were supposed to begin, and I did not receive the email communication I was told to expect on how and when to start payment. A representative later confirmed that their emails were not going through on their end. so how do i know when and how to start? My review isn't meant to be negative, it's meant to be informative. The people at RTO are great and all of our conversations were warm. However, my loan/lease with RTO was meant to be a bridge loan. I specifically asked if I could pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalty. I was told that I could pay it off early with no prepayment penalty. Well I found out later thats not exactly true.
