STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! For reasons passing understanding, RTO National loves to harass clients, lie about policies, and hate answering the phone when they are caught being dishonest. The one star is for the only RTO associate that doesn't take an hour and a half to watch 60 minutes every Sunday, she was at least smart enough to take my debit card over the phone for the payoff. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. Good riddance RTO Irrational! CJ-Texas
Purchased and financed a shed before the Christmas holiday. We are now in March and the shed is NOT working as it was sold to work. I have been patient with leaving messages and going back and forth and once again it's been weeks without any word from the financer or company I purchased this shed through. I feel like we were scammed and I will ensure I do not recommend either of these companies to anyone looking for a referral
