Rudy was personable and clear with me. I appreciated his patience and detail in walking through the details of the refinance. Only recommendation is that I needed a reminder that the amount of cash in hand was going to come from different sources - I think Rudy might have mentioned it in our early discussions but I was a little freaked out when the initial check was barely half of what I was expecting. But then two additional checks came later for the full amount.
