Rudy was very dishonest through the process, and when called out on it was extremely rude and condescending. It wasn’t until someone else started handling our loan that any progress was made. We finally received our loan after 4 months. I understand things happen, but after he “sold” us on the loan, Rudy was totally unprofessional every step of the way.
