It took a very long time to process my loan and there were times I reached out and it took a very long time to receive a response. Also I was asked for documents over and over again. I would have like someone to hold my hand a little more.

Rudy is fantastic but his assistants were not efficient it detailed. My property insurance company (USAA) said they requested the same information more than 10 times. They had to send the same information again and again. Furthermore I never received the evaluation of my home even though I paid in advance $550. And personally requested it. His assistants continued to ask me for the same information I sent them again and again. I think their level of understanding the process was weak. Rudy on the other hand was exceptional .

This took a very long time. I chose Mutual of Omaha because we were told since they held our current mortgage it would be very fast. We got our paperwork in immediately but there were nothing but delays from the very start. We closed a week ago and still have not received our cash out and the mortgage has not been paid off which now means our mortgage is late. Our only late payment ever made. This was not a pleasant experience

Rudy told me my credit would not be affected, that was clearly a lie as I was hit with a hard inquiry. Rudy clearly has no integrity. Also, Rudy said he would call me back in 20 minutes, it took 24 hours for him to respond saying he’s get back to me within another 24 hours. I didn’t hear from him for another 4 days. Said he tried calling but I do not have a record of missing a call from him. I cannot recommend someone who lies to suit their needs. Bad business practices.
