Rumpke never shows up same time every week. They can never get a hold of their drivers to find out why they didnt get your trash. They just say we can ask them when they get back and we are supposed to hold it for another week. Once they put fuel charge on your bill (years ago when gas was high) it never comes off. For such a large company they have awful service.

Awful service. Completely missed my pickup day 3 times in the past three months. First two times when I called the next morning they did come out the day after but not the third time I've called four times over two days and my trash is still sitting outside. Done with them and switching to a new service beginning next month.

I have had their trash service for over 3 weeks and can't get a can delivered or be told when it will be. I am cancelling and they don't seem to care.

Just noticed that you starting slipping a Cart fee onto my bill over the past year! A cart used to be included in my fee! (My wife usually takes care of the bills so I never noticed) Without notice as well. I find this very unethical and unscrupulous! You may not consider one customer very important, but with practices like this, you will be lucky to keep any. I will make sure others are aware of this as well. Its not about the money, its the principle of your actions. Very disappointed.
