Do not get Rumpke trash..our trash has been sitting outside for 2 weeks..I have called 6 times my husband 2 times..they say they will pick it utp..still haven't To find out they except us to take it to the road..well we are handicap and senior citizen..they have violated us and I will contact an attorney..i feel they are decriminalized us because of our age...shame on RUMPKE!! Wait till you get old!! We called Wasteaway today and they picked up the same day!! RUMPKE sucks!!! Do not use that company!!!!!

Worst service provider in town. Won't pick up anything that isn't in their special can, don't sit anything too big out and if it's larger then 48 inches long, they won't take that either. Please don't sit your can too close to anything or the driver might have to get off their butt and do something besides play with his joystick. The icing on the cake is that I'm stuck with these clowns because they are contracted with my municipality.

Complete TRASH!! I requested a new trash can several weeks ago and already PAID for the can. I’ve spoken to reps multiple times and I keep getting told that someone will be coming out, yet that still hasn’t happened. Today I was told someone would be out today with a new can. They take your money and lie!! If I could give zero stars, I would do that.
