I had a whole trailer worth of junk out from a property and didn't know where to go or what to do to make that happen. When I pulled in the parking lot there was a lot going on! Excellent service always on time an during holidays they give heads up on when they will operate
They pick up for us out here in harrison county started out good we had a great driver but the last month he left them .And now they just pick up half of out items we are allowed 4 cans they pick up two some times and leave a box that i put out of stuff from a clean up and they missed my neighbor completely twice I worked for them years ago driving a roll off I left because of low pay did them a good job They need to up the anti and retain good people i miss my old driver .

We have been a Rumpke customer for 7 years. Never an issue other than billing (but I think that is more a mail issue). Anyway, pick up times have been steady throughout and yes we have been missed (maybe 3 times in 7 years) before however a quick call to the office and they swing back by and pick up with no issues. As far as "bang for your buck", we are satisfied with the rates so far.

Rumpke yard waste is a complete joke....this is truly a waste removal company that does not like to reduce waste. Too many bags, wrong bags, wrong can, can too full, etc, etc......these lazy crooks will find any excuse to not pick up your stuff (or just forget sometimes). Too bad it's a monopoly in so many neighborhoods!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. One of this company's drivers behaved aggressively and dangerously toward my mother while she was on a very narrow road. Instead of handling the situation safely, he escalated it--getting out of his vehicle, using profanity, and calling her a "stupid bitch," along with other inappropriate remarks. I live in Buechel Terrace. It is Not a HOA neighborhood. They have a neighborhood association and try to be a HOA. They want dues from everyone so now they say they have a contract with Rumpke. They said if you don't pay their dues your Rumpke bill will go up. The dues are "voluntary". So now our voluntary dues are tied to our Rumpke bill. A lot of people feel like we are being extorted. They're charging over $100 a month just to have the garbage picked up... it's price gouging.
