I am a new camper owner and needing a place to store my camper. Geographically RV Storage Depot at McClellan Air Force Base is the perfect spot. I checked in online regarding availability and pricing and spoke to a very nice friendly girl. I made an appointment the following week to drop off my camper. I store my RV since 1 year with them and I'm very happy! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat our RV with a lot of care and always check that the batteries are loaded to be ready for us to pick him up. Quality of their service is excellent. I can only recommend them, it's not just storage! Great storage facility and costumer service, overall great value for the price!

This is a very nice and well staffed storage facility...We store our boat here and were a very please with the service and staff. I would recommend this facility
We have used this storage provider for almost 3 years. Customer service is good with prompt responses to each email / phone request for boat pick up. It did take a few months to get used to giving 24hr notice or extra planning and notifications during holiday weekends. Since we don't have a garage to store our boat, the cost is worth the peace of mind knowing it's in a safe location and in good hands.

This place used to be good. Once Frank left it went downhill. They have had so much turnover and they don't take care of your coach or turn on refrigerator got you. Didn't even know how to fill tires. Our coach is a 2020. Perfect condition. We use it only about 8 times per year. We know every square inch. Our detailer notifies us if he sees a scratch. Called this place over 5 times to get the cost of RV storage. They never answered the phone, always a recording. I left a message twice over the last two weeks and no one every called back. If they don't care about answering their phone or returning phone calls, then I don't want them moving around my motorhome.
