Had storage for awhile with the company until its prices increased, which caused us to leave. Kept RV in a hanger and behind a gate when staged. Nice area.

I used RV Storage Depot for a few years. I like the clean covered storage that Storage Depot provided. I live out of state so I flew into Sacramento Airport and took a ride service to Urbani Way. I found this management group flexible. They offered to coral my RV to a gated and locked RV parking place for safe keeping if I could not get to them during business hours. They helped to unhook my battery so it did not go dead. Calling ahead is important so they can facilitate what you need. All staff were polite and helpful!
We have had our new travel trailer stored at this place in the past 4 months. We like it very much. Here is why: It literally opens 7 days a week as far as pickup and drop off the trailer. We like the valet style drop off and pick up service even after hours. The after hour pick up and drop off are in the yard with the security gate. Will and company run a great operation. Their facility is large and clean and it has the cleanest dump station I've ever experienced. Pick up and drop off are seamless and smooth, just ensure to set up in advance. I appreciate the security and protection the drop off yard contains. I am confident when dropping off the trailer. Thank you for the easy and efficient valet service as well as your exceptional customer service.

I have NOTHING BUT POSITIVE things to say about this place! Everyone we spoke with (Frank,Will and Nicole) have all been super responsive and had great customer service! They are super competent and have gone above and beyond our expectations for storage. The facility is so clean and very secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage. And they can store something from as small as a car to a full 45 foot coach! Glad we found these guys!!

I signed up online understanding I would receive a promotional discount as advertised on their website some months later when I noted no discount was ever applied I inquired and was made to feel as though I was dishonest about my understanding and basically told tough cookies about any discount. It was my misunderstanding likely but instead of offering any token discount or even any gesture of good will or even a "We are sorry for the misunderstanding" I was told that I was just "wrong". Great storage facility and great people working there. I deal mostly with Frank. My trailer is always ready when I show and the air in the tires checked. It is a clean safe facility and they also have a dump station which is a nice perk.
We have stored our RV in the Sacramento area for 16 years at various storage places. This is by far the best storage that we have found. It is indoor storage, secure, with friendly and helpful staff. 100% satisfied. Kudos to Will and Frank. No complaints at all.
