I recently purchased a travel trailer and my husband suggested we try RV Storage Depot. We wanted indoor storage in order to protect our investment. Both Will and Frank have been incredibly nice and very helpful. The customer service is great. As new "RVers" we've had a few minor hiccups, and Will and Frank have gone above and beyond to help us out. I had to share my great experience here. Stored my little travel trailer with them recently and was impressed with their customer service. Everyone I interacted with was super nice and very helpful. My rig is pristine, they took GREAT care of it and I sure appreciate it! If I ever have the need again this is the first and only place I'm heading too! Highly recommend!!!

The storage facility at this location is the BEST. Immaculate, organized, and operated by people who really give a damn. Frank, Will, and Jenn are amazing people who go out of their way to help with anything you might need. They are Very Informative and keep me posted with emails as necessary. Very safe and secure. Can't imagine my travel trailer living anywhere else. Right off the 80 freeway.

I have been with RV Storage Depot at McClellan Park for well over a year now and have had the best service here. I recommended my brother to use them as well where we both now have our trailers stored at this facility. The only minor issue that I have had here was a small tear on my awning from different vehicles being moved around, Frank and his amazing staff saw this problem and replaced my entire awning for me without a single problem. Frank and Jennifer are great to work with. We store are boat and trailer there. They both always make sure that we are happy. Are trailers are always out at the time that they say they will be. Great people to talk to. We have also referred a few people and they are just as pleased as we have been! Highly recommend this place!

The facility is nice, clean and seems secure. I can't say that for the management! I originally paid in full from October thru December 2015 for storage of my boat/trailer. My intention was to make an additional payment to cover from January thru May 2016. I didn't receive an invoice the first week of January so I emailed RV Storage Depot and received a reply the next day saying "we will be sending you an invoice the last few weeks of the month". We are very pleased with the McClellan Rv Storage facility and service while in the temp location. Frank is always available by cell phone to answer questions regarding pick up and drop off. Valet service works well. The hangars are very roomy and stay cool during the summers heat. Monthly space rent is reasonable and the location is convenient. I would have rated it a 5 but waiting for the new facility with wash bay and dump station to open soon.

This is a very nice well managed storage facility. We have the valet service for our travel trailer and are very pleased with the indoor parking and security. Jennifer and Frank are both so nice and helpful. We highly recommend this facility. Ro and Bill
