My first travel trailer and didn't know where to store. I was referred to McClellan RV Storage by a friend, who store his boat there... All I can say is they are super friendly, courteous and make accommodations to fit your schedule. The facility itself is clean and conveniently located close by us. I signed up for the "indoor valet" service. Its super easy for me to just drop off and call ahead of time to schedule a pick up. I wanted to update my previous review of McClellan RV Storage Depot after our less than stellar service. My husband and I received a partial refund in the amount of $246.97....short the $25 administrative fee. Fortunate for us, there was finally a phone number for their corporate office. My husband and I were able to speak with Scott directly regarding the entire situation.
