I would not work with any other lender after working with Ryan Halldorson- he's really that sharp. Ryan recently helped me refinance my home with an owned PV Solar system. He was able to get me a competent appraiser and I appreciated how quickly he and his team were able to respond during the entire process. If you want honest and amazing, look no further. Ryan and his team of professionals guided me through the whole process without any hidden surprises. His knowledge and expertise is greater than any lender I have worked with, I've worked with several. Contact him immediately before second guessing with anyone else. I tried another lender before Ryan, starts with a Q, and they failed. I went right back to Ryan and asked for forgiveness. He is courteous, responsive and understanding of all situations. He will get it done.

Big thumbs up for Ryan and his team. We originally went to our bank to get a loan. We found a great home but the seller would only accept our offer if we agreed to close in 30 days which our bank said was not possible. Our realtor recommended that we call Ryan and we are glad we did. He spent an hour on a Saturday afternoon getting us prequalified so that we could get our offer submitted. More communication would have helped and not wait until a few days before due diligence ends to order the appraisal didn’t know until few dY before dd ended that the appraisal never happened felt like it should have been ordered sooner and followed up with to make sure it happened

Communication was not great with Melissa. Notifications we were complete with all documents then a request to sign more; this happened twice. Also a notification from her that docs were being prepared for signing and the escrow company would contact us. Less than two hours later we were called by escrow and told had to sign today - they sent us a notary. This same scenario happened when we removed PMI with you. No notice for signing and this is difficult when working. We expect the typical 24-48 hr notice.
