His knowledge and expertise is greater than any lender I have worked with, I've worked with several. Contact him immediately before second guessing with anyone else. I tried another lender before Ryan, starts with a Q, and they failed. I went right back to Ryan and asked for forgiveness. He is courteous, responsive and understanding of all situations. Big thumbs up for Ryan and his team. We originally went to our bank to get a loan. We found a great home but the seller would only accept our offer if we agreed to close in 30 days which our bank said was not possible.
