We had a very positive experience with VIP Mortgage. We knew we wanted to refinance but we had no idea where to start. I called Ryan with some refinance questions and he was very helpful. It was at least six months after our initial conversation that we decided to refinance. Going in blindly with something like this and not knowing what to expect is scary. Ryan and his assistant Melissa were there for us every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We are very happy with the results.
