I would have liked to talk to you more about my Mortgage..I found out. at closing..I wanted to put more down...I thought I told you that...so my Mortgage would be less..but as it turns out I can use for new roof..you charged me for an appraisal fee..where is the appraisal... I didn't see it! The Title Co. Said..you should refund me the $483. dollars which I could use right now! Being in the hospital didn't help..anyway..overall. guess you did a good job..thanks..let me know about appraisal.

communication was just ok. It seemed like my job to make sure that all that was needed made it to the right person and if it didn't I wasn't informed about until the last minute. I have purchased many properties and this one ranked among the top for needless information along with not knowing if the closing was or was not on schedule. fortunately I am self employed so I was able to make accommodations for getting needed info on the spot and scheduling the notary last minute.
