A few personal, reassuring phone calls along the way would have been nice. If I wanted an online mortgage, I would have gone to Rocket or Lending Tree. I did two mortgages with you and they both left a lot to be desired in terms of your professionalism.

The team dropped the ball and you included a cost for the well inspection that I said I was not going to pay for because I did not order it. Found out about YOU slipping the cost in at closing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt like Ryan was giving more consideration to the Buyer and Agent than to me the customer. Not a lot of walk through for the process when I was a first time borrower and had no idea what I was doing. Ryan did not respond to phone calls and email in a timely manner. Also when I asked for a discount on the fees he would not even consider it and would not provide me with his managers information so I could speak with him directly . My loan was as easy as they come !

Other members of my family with average or below average credit and less than 750 credit scores received interest rates .33-.58 less then what I received and I waited 6-8 weeks while they closed within a month's time. Ryan went to bat for me and I received a reduction of 0.08 with no additional fees. I increased my rating because of what Ryan did on my behalf.
