I reached out to APMC in December hoping to buy a home in the spring. I explained to Ryan my situation and what I was looking for and needed. He took the time and listened and gathered all information needed to begin the process. Here we are in February and his wife Ashley helped me find the perfect home. Ryan was A very knowledgeable, and helpful loan officer. Ryan would answer my phone calls at anytime if the day. If he did not answer my phone call he would text, or call back right away. Ryan was available through phone call email, and text message. Ryan helped me through the loan process and made things really easy to understand. I was a first time home buyer, and understood the whole process with Ryan's help. I would recommend Ryan to any one who wants to buy a home.

Mr. Walmsley went above & beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible for me. My particular situation was a bit more difficult since I had a special city loan, but he was dedicated to my cause & never stopped contacting the people needed to help the process along. The whole thing took longer than expected but it was due to the third party. Mr. Walmsley made sure I was notified every step & was excellent at explaining any questions I had. I have already recommended him to many people & will continue to do so.

Always on the ball and Ryan always calls or emails back no matter what time of day or night. I find it to be a stressful time when refinancing and it is refreshing that Ryan cares too..AP mortgage is very calm and relaxing atmosphere but gets the ball moving quickly. I recommend him highly...And I'm very picky as well.
