Even though we have never met in person, Ryan was always available or made himself available to answer any questions. He kept consistent communications up between us in order to ensure we are getting exactly what we need. He also didnt sugar coat anything for us. Ryan reviewed our information and told us what we can and can't afford, unlike other mortgage companies that told us we can afford anything. Ryan set our limits so we knew exactly what to look for.

Ryan did a great job from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had right away. I was able to call or text him throughout the process making it stress free. I am a police officer and got discounts for public service through American pacific mortgage. Ryan got me a great interest rate and I honestly have no complaints.

Because I was not in the Phoenix area, but instead in Iowa, this made for a long distance process. With the aide of electronics and patience it was finally finished and the loan was made possible. Both Ryan Walmsley and GR Collins worked extremely hard to help me achieve my goal. I appreciate their effort and diligence, it went above and beyond the call.

I really enjoyed working with Ryan. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely expeditious responding to my questions and addressing any issues that arose throughout the process. His patience is laudable as this was a somewhat complicated VA loan. He kept an encouraging attitude while guiding us through the course of the loan. I highly recommend him and will definitely be enlisting his services when we refinance.
