Ryan was so helpful in getting the financing for my new home. He is extremely knowledgeable and did so much of the work up front so that there were no surprises later in the process. Ryan was always available to answer questions and had a way of clearly and concisely explaining the very confusing home buying process. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone!!!

Ryan Walmsley was a detrimental part of our process to home ownership again. He was quick to respond to my request for pre-approval and introduced me to the "Back to work program" that actually allowed us to purchase a home after a short sale. He was available at nearly all hours and was quick to respond/resolve any of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, I would and have recommend him to people either looking to get qualified, refinance or that have any related home finance questions.

We love our new house! We approached Ryan with low expectations because we felt our finances seemed messy. Ryan enabled us with knowledge, confidence, and a easy to follow checklist of needs that would be paramount to successful borrowing. Ryan recently helped me refinance my home. He did a great job and got me a fantastic rate. He really knows his stuff. I found Ryan to be very professional in every aspect. My loan requirement was extreemly complicated due to my external income sources but Ryan worked tediously through the process. He procured a loan for me at a very good rate and everything progressed as he said it would. I would definately recommend Ryan and his company to any prospective home buyer. Happy Home Owner

My experience with Ryan Walmsley was absolutely terrible. I was genuinely shocked to even receive the link to leave a review. From our initial conversation all the way through closing Ryan did nothing but lie to me and speak to me in a rude and condescending manner. Ryan initially told me that he knew I could qualify for $275,000 but not too go over $300,000 when I was house shopping. He also relayed this same figure to my realtor. In general I think Ryan is great - though I had one issue the day of closing (not something you want to experience in general), where the closing agent needed upcoming property tax payment - outside of the current disclosure - to finish closing in schedule. This required a cashier’s check greater than $2k to be drawn immediately. What a hassle. This points poorly to Ryan’s support team, not necessarily on him. But he definitely heard from me on this, and hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else going forward.
