Thank you Ryan! Ryan helped me use my VA Benefits to help purchase a new home and his guidance through the VA loan process was invaluable. My wife and I relocated to AZ from Iowa which was stressful. Ryan was very helpful and patient. When we found Ryan online our credit was in bad shape. Like many people we had to foreclose on a home and file bankruptcy during the financial crisis. Ryan helped guide us as to what needed to be done to get our credit scores up so we could qualify. Once pre-approved Ryan got us in contact with a great Realtor and we found a home within a week. Ryan was very helpful even when there were a few issues (not his fault) with getting our home refinanced. I would recommend him as he was willing to work and explain the issues to us which was important since this is our first home, and first refinance. We will certainly go back to him and recommend him to others.

My wife and I just bought our first home and Ryan was our broker, he was so easy to talk to you forgot this was a business transaction and felt like you were talking to an old friend.We were nervous and scared but Ryan explained every step of the process (we used the VA home loan program) and was able to answer all our question. We have worked with Ryan many times. On each occasion we were always kept well informed. Ryan was easy to contact and always had the answers to our many questions. Being a first home buyer Ryan walked me through every process. It did not matter what time of day it was, he responded within an hour to explain everything. He was very caring and so helpful. He helped me with my credit score to get the best possible interest rate. He was able to have everything taken care of quickly so that I was even able to close early.
