My wife and I just bought our first home and Ryan was our broker, he was so easy to talk to you forgot this was a business transaction and felt like you were talking to an old friend.We were nervous and scared but Ryan explained every step of the process (we used the VA home loan program) and was able to answer all our question. We have worked with Ryan many times. On each occasion we were always kept well informed. Ryan was easy to contact and always had the answers to our many questions. He is friendly, knowledgable and professional. He is honest and trustworthy. We have sent many friends and family to him. We have only heard positive feedback. We will definetly be using Ryan Walmsley the next time we buy a house, refinance or maybe put in a pool!!

If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely choose Ryan as my broker! Very knowledgeable, answered my calls and questions no matter when I called, absolutely the best experience ever and all due to having Ryan on my side!

Being a first home buyer Ryan walked me through every process. It did not matter what time of day it was, he responded within an hour to explain everything. He was very caring and so helpful. He helped me with my credit score to get the best possible interest rate. He was able to have everything taken care of quickly so that I was even able to close early. I would recommend Ryan to anyone wanting to purchase a home. Thank you Ryan for all you did for me.

I just want to say, Ryan was awesome, first and foremost! Coming into this process as a first time home buyer I very apprehensive. However, Ryan set my nerves at ease with his knowledge of the business and was always readily available when I needed him the most. Ryan met with me several times and even did a total cost comparison to show me which loan was best for my situation! This made it easy to choose my loan in confidence. Ryan was great and very easy to get a hold of. He helped with explaining the in's and out's to make sure we were making the right choice. He not only helped us with the initial mortgage but also alerted us of new laws and helped us refi early on to save money over the long haul. Ryan is a solid choice and I would recommend him without a doubt.
