I really enjoyed working with Ryan. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely expeditious responding to my questions and addressing any issues that arose throughout the process. His patience is laudable as this was a somewhat complicated VA loan. He kept an encouraging attitude while guiding us through the course of the loan. I highly recommend him and will definitely be enlisting his services when we refinance.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful, there were some issues that delayed closing although after all that was settled everything went well. I am happy to have chosen American Pacific Mortgage Corp. And Ryan to help me with my new home mortgage.

This is the second time Ryan has helped us through the home financing process. Once again, he has proven himself an expert in his field. His professionalism is head and shoulders above others we have dealt with in the past. My wife and I would recommend Ryan Walmsley to anyone in the market for a new home or refinancing of a current home. He made a complex business deal easy.

Ryan was very knowledgeable through our entire home buying process. A year prior to us buying, Ryan coached us to make sure that when the time came to purchase our home, we were prepared and our finances and credit were in good standing to get us the best possible options available.He was very intuitive and addressed many of my concerns/questions without me even having to ask. Ryan was very helpful explaining the process of getting a loan to a person who had never gone through it. I inherited my house when my Mom died and there were a lot of expenses I charged to my credit cards the last month of her life. I had three credit cards maxed out paying 18% interested, only being able to pay the minimum payment and it was still more than I made. Ryan was a great person to work with, very friendly and super knowledgeable. He helped my husband and I purchase our first home and helped located a wonderful Realtor Chris DeFreitas. Ryan was very knowledgeable about VA loans and told us the ins and outs of what we were purchasing.These two worked well together communicating and making our first home buying a breeze.
