Ryan was very knowledgeable through our entire home buying process. Ryan was very helpful explaining the process of getting a loan to a person who had never gone through it. I inherited my house when my Mom died and there were a lot of expenses I charged to my credit cards the last month of her life. I had three credit cards maxed out paying 18% interested, only being able to pay the minimum payment and it was still more than I made. Ryan was a great person to work with, very friendly and super knowledgeable. He helped my husband and I purchase our first home and helped located a wonderful Realtor Chris DeFreitas. Ryan was very knowledgeable about VA loans and told us the ins and outs of what we were purchasing.These two worked well together communicating and making our first home buying a breeze. Thank you Ryan! Ryan helped me use my VA Benefits to help purchase a new home and his guidance through the VA loan process was invaluable. My wife and I relocated to AZ from Iowa which was stressful. Ryan went over everything we needed to do up front and there was a lot! But this allowed us to plan accordingly and this made things easier to coordinate the move.We are on a fixed income and wanted to put the least amount down. Ryan was very helpful and patient. When we found Ryan online our credit was in bad shape. Like many people we had to foreclose on a home and file bankruptcy during the financial crisis.
