Mike and the other technicians have been professional and well informed. Because of the problems associated with my having a dead rat in my dining room for 5 days due to the entire staff taking a 4 day weekend over Thanksgiving, I'd normally give 1 star especially since the company guarantees 48 hr retrieval. But the techs are so thorough, I can't fault them for the company's pigheadedness. The young gals answering the phones read their scripts as required but are not paid to be helpful. Went well.
Wow, these guys have been great every time. It is funny how I feel like a VIP every time they come to the house. Makes me think that I'm getting incredable service. They knock on the door to introduce themself. Ask if things have changed. Address changes with suggestions that are great and doable. Go around the outside of the house with a sweeper...and then get down to the job of protecting us agaist. Now, I feel like I have something special in the fight against bugs and rodents. Like it? Why yes. I like it alot.

Checked feeding stations ans set more traps. Last visit we found one dead rate. None since then, no evidence of visits to feeding stations.
