Horrible service and horrible customer service .
The service person was late and did not bother to even call. I took half a day off of work to wait for him, so that was a bad start. Did not do the thorough job that they said he would do. I had to tell him what to do and some steps and he was just going to leave, the wasp nest with angry wasps lying on the ground. Left half the wasp nest up there and told us to get a power washer to get it down. Definitely would never hire them or recommend them. Or at least the representative that they sent. I thought I was signing up for free bee femoval. Instead I ended up having to hire someone.
Not a single critter in the house between applications!
They contractually set us up for 6 services a year, whereas the literature they subsequently sent us links to only discusses the need for 4 services a year. Even their technician who did the actual work didn't know why they had gone from 4 to 6 applications a year - maybe they had been getting to many complaints about bugs coming back or maybe they were looking to boost their revenue.
Please be aware before you sign with this company. Poor customer service, poor follow up and dishonest
They need to get it together. The first guy no call no showed after already confirming with me that morning and I did not hear back from them until the next day. They tried twice to come outside of their arrival window when I was working when I told them I would not be home. when they did get here, the guy had not spoken to anyone or received the issue at hand and was just going to generally treat when I was specific about having a hot spot, which is the reason why I brought them out. I hired Saela Pest Control specifically to help with a vole problem! They insisted on an extermination package and guaranteed to solve my vole problem. They set two 2 units in my yard in November and then on March 19, when I had significant vole damage, their employee came to my house to spray for wasps etc. not even knowing that I was hoping to mitigate a vole problem.
