They are nearly impossible to get ahold of. We still have a lot of bugs after five treatments. We tried to cancel with them and were told we cannot because we still owe four treatments. They offer free touch ups and we scheduled a spraying and they never showed up. I called and scheduled again and they never showed up. I have been very disappointed in the service I have received from Edge. The mosquito service is particularly bad. I have noticed no reduction in mosquitoes and I have had the service since the beginning if last summer. My most recent experience was the worst. The man who came to spray needed access to my backyard, and he seemed very impatient. I was in the bathroom when he rang the doorbell, so it did take me a few minutes to answer the door. Called them today and requested service. They completed service the same day of contact. Price was 50% more that old service. Iâ ll see whether or not if it was worth it.

DO NOT sign up with these people - they will trick you into a 2 year contract and charge you to cancel. They show up whenever they want. They are difficult to get a hold of and the ant problem never went away.
Fraud. They screw you with a contract and the service is terrible. Didnt notice a decline in bugs or rodents at all.
I was not satisfied with the service. Tech has done the wrong house at least one time, possibly more. I wanted to cancel but I was in a contract. I would not recommend these guys.
