Worst company ever. Be sure to read the fine print they will do whatever they can to not spray your yard or house. If your not home they bill you anyway and only do the front yard and should only be billed for square footage. Tech sat in his truck. Never came to the door and left without completing what we were billed for. And this happened on several occasions.
Traps were set but no rodents were caught so not sure if they are gone or not. We were told that the holes would be fiilef up but they were not. Said they just look for any possible openings in to the home
Nothing else
It is horrible, never get pictures of them spraying and always come when I'm not home can never verify that they did the work. Horrible company

They are still working on the problem as it has not been solved yet, but it will take time to eradicate the minions that are eating up my back lawn. I do not know if they are moles, or gophers or what, but there are many holes there, and now I will have to redo a major part of my lawn. The worker does show up on time and we are still trying to solve the problem

I needed a pest control company to catch AND REMOVE the rodents in my house. A mouse was caught in the traps set by the tech. I called for service and the CS rep said they will remove the caught rodent IN A MONTH during my regularly scheduled service. Both the rep I talked to on the phone and the tech who serviced me said they would come get the trapped varmint. THAT IS WHAT I NEED THEM FOR!!! I had rat traps out and caught them myself. I did not want them continuing to be on my property so I specifically asked if they would come to catch and remove them. They told me yes. $460 billed within one month for then to come set traps just like I did and leave. I had to throw them away. They put out poison just like I did. The rats are still around and I am not throwing money away for them to do exactly what I did for barely any money. Traps are a couple of bucks and poison was inexpensive. They make you sign a contract for 12 months. I think there were times they did not even service that month but still charged me.
