What salesman promised is totally different from what they did. I have recorded the phone calls with this company as proof. Have hidden charges. Do not fool by this company reviews. Look at their BBB reviews, Most recent reviews are lots of 1 star. I am another victim:(
Accident hire
Terrible. Shady. Unprofessional. Pushy. Wish I could give zero stars. The informed salesman that I have a current service that I'm happy with. Persisted that I try them out and said he will cancel my current provider because he knows him. Salesman: Chris Quintana was unprofessional and pushy. I signed a contract. Was quoted $150 to treat outdoors, 1st and 2nd-floor apartments to & basement. Day of the appointment, the lead technician called me saying I was misquoted and the amount was not correct. I explained that my tenements had made arrangements to be home all day and I had arranged for my friend to be at my place to await this service as I was working and not able to take the day off. Horrible experience! Only one technician knows what he is doing. He is very kind. The first two guys I was sent did not do anything except set a few traps. The third guy checked out the crawl space and the attic and other places the mice were coming from. They say they can fix the problem but have not gotten any estimates yet.
Would not hire this company. They are the same as every other pest control service, they walk around and spray stuff. Their contract is an absolute joke. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT! I paid for an extra service to get rid of pocket gophers. I paid for 6 treatments and they failed and wanted more $ to keep trying. I paid $20 for the same trap on amazon and caught it the next day. Waisted money, I can do everything they do myself way cheaper and no ridiculous contract.
Worst customer service ever. Avoid! Did not come on date that was scheduled. Called 5 times and took time off from work, Left 5 messages for customer service. Never responded . Said they treated home 5 day later without any notification a no knock on door to treat inside. My security cameras did not show them even arrive. Then auto billed my credit card after I told them service was not completed. Run AWAY! Scammers
