Najee was extremely helpful. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything that he could offer. He was patient with questions and very transparent on the process. Made the experience very smooth especially being a new home owner.

I appreciate his great customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing security support.
My technician, Ikotokelo Nind, was awesome. He was patient, personable, very informative, and very knowledgeable. This young man is a true professional and his customer service is outstanding. He explained each service provided and showed me how to use the equipment. He left no questions unanswered. I would definitely request Ikotokelo if I need future assistance. I would recommend him to family and friends!
Angela has been wonderful to work with. I planned on having her help me provide security to my other locations also.

Ikotokelo Nindi is a great technician, he helped to answer all my questions and installed my security system, he was patient, funny and he gave me company as well. He really knows what he was doing and he really fit this job, i would love him to be the one coming fixing my security system whenever im having any issues.
