Jovian Bryce was very professional and polite, walked us through all of our options, answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very thorough and very friendly and we enjoyed having her visit us and providing ADT protection for our home and family.
I would like to acknowledge Najee!! He was amazing! He was so energetic and at the same time very knowledgeable. He made what could have been a tedious conversation very pleasing. He explained exactly what to expect with the tech during installation and answered all my questions with ease and a smile.
Kudos to Malachi Woods! He was very knowledgeable about what comes with the different security packages. It really narrowed down the best option for me to choose. I really appreciate his patience and friendly customer service. That was very refreshing to hear an agent so enthused and polite. He for sure deserves a bonus for all of his hard work.
