Safe Basements completed a drain tiling and moved the sump pump. There were some complications with this job and *** and his team did an excellent job of problem solving to find the best solution. They were informative and responded quickly to followup questions. I appreciated the extra time *** took to explain and reassure.

The ENTIRE Team at SafeBasements was Terrific. Everyone from our Initial contact with the Sales Consultant, Jon, to the Service Technicians, the Finance and the Marketing Department Staffs. We had a Foundation Piering System installed. Service and the Work performed was completed as promised. We received prompt, and VERY courteous service. We highly recommend !!

The two man crew that came out to my property were professional and informative. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house and yard as close to the way it was as they could. I was very impressed at how hard they worked and how nice they were. Thank you for helping me fix my new house! I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs help with theirs.
