The work was done as promised. Very professional and friendly staff. Did their best to keep dust down and clean up afterwards. Pricing was fair and better than other quotes I received.

Great job replacing support piers for deck and porch. Job took longer than expected due to unforeseen boulders buried in the path of the drillings for the 20-ft. piers. Despite the unforeseen issues, stuck to original estimate. Minimal disruption to lawn and landscaping surrounding the work area. Complete clean up.

SafeBasement did a great job of quoting and installing my drain tile system. They promised two days and delivered. They did everything as promised!!! I now have an excellent drain tile system with a lifetime guarantee, most excellent!!!
Had drainage tiles put into a 100 year old home with a wet basement. The crew was clean and efficient, wonderful to work with.

They did major work 18 years ago when we had a big water problem. They put in a completely new pit and pump with battery backup, They also added a battery backup system in the original pit. Now 18 years later I asked how long the pumps are supposed to last. Answer concerned me, !0 years! We had them update both sump pumps with battery backups. Fast and good work with total cleanup.
