James and the crew did an awesome job with our basement project! They were timely and worked very hard to get the project completed in the allotted time. They cleaned up the area every day before leaving. After the project was complete James went through a final inspection with me to make sure the project was completed to my expectations. I can't say for sure if the project worked as it is winter now but I know a lot of people that have had the same project done to their basement and they were very impressed. We had one basement wall stabilized and drain tile and sump pump installed throughout the basement. The sales person came to the house at the appointed time, gave us good information about what needed to be done to correct our foundation and water problems. He actually told us we needed less than I was expecting (fearing) we'd need. The two work crews called before heading to our house with an ETA, and arrived as expected. I needed to sell my mothers former single level townhouse, but after the furniture was all removed I discovered that three different rooms had slabs that had settled a bit on the outside perimeter of each of those rooms. I contacted Safe Basements and they quickly diagnosed my need to have them come in to perform their foam poly jacking process. The fix was simple, safe, quick, and definitely cost efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I had no idea hat Safe Basements did concrete lifting. They use a foam product versus a concrete slurry, and the cost wasn't that much more. Two year warranty, so I know I'm covered. Communicaitons were excellent, and they were on time. Very pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable staff and great response time. Showed up on time and ended up finishing the project a day early. The guys who did the job did a great job and were very polite. Loved working with them! They were also great with kids and dogs who were interested in what they are doing!

Great job of explaining the problems in my foundation and the proposal to stabilize the foundation with push piers. Work was done in one week. Clean and courteous workers.
