From the initial contact from my salesperson, continuing with updates as the project was unfolding and commencing with the installation - my experience with this company has been awesome. Moved into a new place, and discovered water in the basement. A friend recommended Jesse Trebil and Safe Basements, and after talking with Paul Trebil, I decided to go with it. I was impressed by the amount of labor the workers had to do, and the cleanliness after every days work. We had Shane of SafeBasements of MN come out for an initial estimate of work needed in our basement. He fully explained everything that needed to be corrected. This was followed up by a phone call to schedule the work. Prior to their arrival, the work crew, Chris and Levi called to verify the appointment time and location. Safe basements is a great company to work with. Our radon level before they came out was a 6 and it went down to a .3 after installing a radon fan and cover. I highly recommend them for anyone with radon or water proofing issues.

Great job done by Ben and his team. I appreciate the phone calls from the home office to answer questions and letting us know when they would be there. Ben took to talk with my husband and answer his questions. After they were done, they called and said they were finished and I was expecting a mess when I got home, but everything looked great! Good experience on a project we knew would be dirty/ dusty. Very polite, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job protecting our property with plastic. Though we have not had a chance to see results yet ( next spring) we were assured we would be satisfied or they would come back.
