you web page has some drop downs and one that goes across is a pain
no help putting scooter together, no instruction. called Safer Whole Sale also no help, after I e-mail China had scooter running after two months.

They take your money, but you just get ripped off. They took my $2433.95 and never sent my side car. Going to see my lawyer, See you in court.

Horrible! I bought 2 fat tire Montrose electric bikes. The "directions were for a different Bike. The instructions for the Motor was in very small writing and I had 3 people who have electrical knowledge and they had such a difficult time figuring it out!! The bikes were also missing a couple parts such as nuts and bolts. I called and said I wanted to return them and they said no other instructions available and since I opened the box, I could not return it!! I am so dissapointed. I thought that I was getting a decent deal; but when I was informed that the only thing that my 6 month warranty covered was my parts; I just about blew a gasket! At this point in time; my scooter is just a Mother F**kin doorstop! My bike won't even start up for me and the last time that I wrote to the company; they just ignored my message! My advice is go somewhere else to get something that works and that is guaranteed to even run!
Worst experience ever. Ordered in July 2016. Now its march 2017 , nothing. Where is my $2433.95 or my side car.
Feb. 28th 2017 I called this store around 8:30 am talked to a ray in sales. was trying to find out about a trike kit. he said he would email me the information right then. I called back a hour latter where he never emailed me back. so then he tells me he was the only one in the store and he's got to find out from someone else. so he say's no one will be in for a few hours. he then ask me if I could call back in a couple of hours so I said sure and then he say's they can't store every bike made in there system. so I call bac... read more
