This scooter is not registurable in New York state DMV. I bought this scooter in November of last year and did not receive the paper work on it for about three month after the fact. After finally receiving my paper work for this unit I went to register at my local DMV. Albany NY are states DMV said that this certian modle does not even exist there for can not be registered in are state until dealer gets them there paper work about unit to them. Have not received any answers from my e-mails
There is no area to put a down payment and then refi the rest. Asked for the best price and never received a response.
Product was great, but personal was so bad ,no help on question about how to put together and start a scooter had to e-mail China for help! the spa was also a great product!

I bought the outlaw Trike kit, on the video before I bought it and is why I bought it was because they said it would only take 15 minutes to put this together. So I'm like wow this is for me, I am a 5 ft. petite Woman who is just beginning to ride. So I got out of work early to receive the Trike and to my surprise it came on a large pallet with a cardboard box the size of the pallet but it was only about 12"-16" high.
