my grandson is very happy with his utv,but I think the delivery service was terribl. I ordered it on the 27th of feb. and he didn't get it until the 25th of march,but you had no problem taking my money!
Not happy they won't ship dirt bikes to Canada
Have had a coolster youth atv for almost a year now. No issues and runs good. Lookin to possibly get a youth dirt bike now.
This scooter is not registurable in New York state DMV. I bought this scooter in November of last year and did not receive the paper work on it for about three month after the fact. After finally receiving my paper work for this unit I went to register at my local DMV. Albany NY are states DMV said that this certian modle does not even exist there for can not be registered in are state until dealer gets them there paper work about unit to them. ordered golf cart on March 3, as of today, don't know where it is
the guy hang up on me
I am still waiting on my scooter they say 16 to 24 b. days still not here and i had to contact them to find out why.. They get back to me telling me its was held in customs for 2 weeks i can understand they may not have known this would happen. I just thought you may let us know things like this is going on in a courtesy EMAIL since you will not allow us to track our scooter till 3 days before E.T.A so far tried of waiting
My purchase process was fast, tracking was unclear but I think that was because I kept getting the wrong information. Received the atv pretty fast in a nice package. I will say that we did not know we were going to need a battery charger to charge the battery before use and handling the dangerous battery acid is nerve racking but apparently it has to be done. We have not yet used the product because of these two issues. this star rating is strictly based on purchase, customer service, and delivery.
