Would be great to have better tools
I bought the scooter over 6 months ago and I haven't had the scooter running yet! When I did hear from someone from your company to inquire about your so-called 6 month warranty; I was rudely informed that your warranty is completely worthless because all you cover are the parts! So, at this moment I have a $1,600.00 doorstop! You people Suck!
Took forever for scooter to arrive 20 days. But finally got it now have to wait for title to come so I can tag it could be as long as 3 weeks. I like ten scooter wish I would have got 2
ordered a side car last July and still have not received it.
This site needs help
Ordered 2 pocket bikes on march 5. On march 16 i recieved a call saying they sold out of the colors i requested but could offer me the bikes in red. I agreed to the changes. On march 21 i recieved another call saying the red was now sold out and could wait 2 more weeks for my original colors. I asked for a refund and cancelled my order. Now i have to wait 15-30 days to recieve my refund yet when i paid originally i did check by phone and the money was out of my account next day.
