Absolutely stay away from this vet. Terrible service and not professional. I had an emergency this morning with my daughter at school and was late with my service dog. They asked me dogs name and said, you're 30 minutes late and bye. Like being penalized. Who are these people? I wouldn't take any pet here. Just because of the attitude from the guy at the counter. Needs a lesson on taking care of clients .

Brought my little boy in for the first time today due to his paw licking. I was 7 minutes late, but was not acknowledged when I walked in as the girl was on the phone. I sat down and listened to her talking to the parents of 'Gooby' for several minutes before another guy came and signed me in. Exam was OK I guess, I was more interested in topicals but she prescribed an $80 allergy pill... Color me incredibly surprised when they wanted to charge a $10 "late fee" because I was "over ten minutes late" and I was like uhhhh firs... read more

Poor availability to obtain service. Focused on the business, not the pets they see.

I understand the computers were down however they didn't seem to know how to properly interact with my pet they were not friendly towards her and didn't take the time to make her feel comfortable around them. She is a min pin /chi 1 yrs old. She barks and does a growl the tech wouldn't get within 2ft of the table I understand fear of getting bit but if you dont take the time to talk to the dog before grabbing at her after you throw food towards her well what do you expect. I don't like shots being given without me in the roo... read more

This place needs an attitude adjustment, front desk is rude. Forgetting that we are the customer and pets care are the reason we are here. Even if it doesn't follow their protocol. Not sympathetic if it's not in there 24 hour rule. Life doesn't always happen in 24 hour increments. Had to put down a cat of 18 years, the vet was very inexperienced, the procedure was in the same room as all other services. Full lights, Cat was very dehydrated, couldn't find the right vein. No calming shot prior. When it was put in the ve... read more

We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for years. Recently we found out they were overcharging for allergy medications. We confronted them about it and were told we were welcome to look elsewhere for the medicine. We did, and found most vets in the area to have the expected pricing for the medication. What disturbed even more was that we found out that, after years of asking the vets at Sahuaro Vista to look at the condition of our dogs teeth (with them telling us there wasn't anything significant wrong), that our dog h... read more

My 15 year old greyhound came in and they did not put a rug down for her so she wouldnt slip, well she slid into a metal table fracturing her leg. not only did they not take responsiblity for it but they blamed it on her having cancer ! not possible. i had to put her down four months later because they recommended amputation. not on a girl that old im sorry. they should be closed. terrible lazy vet assistants to not do their job

Marginal care. Trying to do their best. But after several visits and expensive medications our dog still has the same symptoms - a dry, hacking cough. Our most recent call said we will check her again in several weeks. This is not right. We will go elsewhere.

Why Cathleen are you showing any interest in this issue NOW? I couldn't get the courtesy of a phone call when this happened after emailing you 2 times asking to speak with you by phone you only emailed me back saying that you were sending me a letter in the mail that would "address my concerns satisfactorily"....you only sent Dakota's records and a note saying don't come back....I made up my mind then that I was going to let everyone know how you address you customers concerns which I feel is impersonal and unprofessional it... read more
