Being a first time dog owner, I trusted several friends' recommendations of Dr. Carlton and his clinic. I am happy that I did! I love how the staff and doctors all give my dog attention and treat him like he matters. We've received top notch care and I will continue to bring my dog there for his health care needs.

Smaller clinic with two vets. Staff very personable and concerned with our pet's care. When I performed an internet search on the words "Cat Veterinarian" Sahuaro Vista was listed first and I appreciated the candor in the posted reviews.

have taken 7 dogs to dr carlton for over 15 years. just a great dr and great staff. very reasonavle charges and easy to get an appointmnet. dr carlton spends as much time as necessary with the patient. I am very satisfied.

We have taken 3 different dogs to Dr. Carlton over the past 8-9 years, and have been very pleased with the care they received. The staff seems caring and competent and is always reassuring to our dogs when they are stressed. In the past we did have one misdiagnosis by another vet, but that associate is no longer at the clinic. Because they do spend as long as necessary with each animal, you may occassionally have to wait awhile to be seen after arriving even with an appointment. We found S.V.V.C and Dr. Carlton nearly 17 years ago after two horrific experiences with other Veterinarians. Dr. Carlton and his staff are amazing with the attention, care and concern they have for each and every pet/family member that comes through their doors. I have also been able to phone them from time to time with a quick response regarding my concerns on the unusual behavior of my beloved companion when traveling out of town. I've taken all of our pets to Sahuaro Vista for over 10 years. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and I'll always be indebted to Janice who gave me some great advice on who to help me train my reactive dog. Andy Carlton is a great doctor and I always feel like he has our family's best interest in mind.

Andy Carlton has been our veterinarian for 20 years. He has seen us through the ups and downs with each of our pets and has been exceedingly compassionate during those times of "that very difficult decision". Dr. Carlton is fantastic. Very helpful, caring and explains everything. Our foster Chihuahua ate stuffing from her toy. She is 3 lbs. and had to be seen several times for blockage and throwing up. Dr. Carlton fit us into his schedule and was terrific explaining everything to us. I have been going to this clinic for many years with my other dogs. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
