Awesome. They have some nice round booths that offer a little more privacy than other restaurants. Meal was very good, staff were super friendly and attentive.
Met with Prosecco at the door, nice touch! Best Steak I've had in a long time.
I'm from Edmonton and always go to Saltlik when I'm in town!! Love the New York Steak and the Molten Lava Cake is sooo tasty for dessert!
Food was a bit salty but good quality meal
Everything went really well until the food came out. Wife's filet mignon was cold and sent back, came back slightly warmer with a new baked potato. Server immediately got the manager and a new steak was cooked. Manager took the meal off of the bill, which was great as she did not get to eat with the rest of us. I was joined by two colleagues for lunch at Saltlik. It was warm day, so we opted to sit on their lovely patio. Our server greeted us by offering a complimentary glass of champagne - an unexpected treat! There was a good cross section of lunch options, including some for business folks who need to get in and out in a hurry. We had a table outside in the shade, the service was excellent and the food very delicious. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and the taste was really great.
This was the third time we have eaten at Saltlik. We are not from Calgary so whenever we visit Calgary we try and get to Saltlik. Enjoy it very much. This time we had to ask for the music to be turned down but that was the only negative thing.
In the heart of Calgary is a great steakhouse. The starters are plenty but the calamari and duck fat fries were amazing! The sirloins and Rib Eye were perfectly cooked as requested and enhanced with the lobster mash potatoes. Spirit options are plenty and dessert choices are limited but all of them are great!
