The steaks were great and cooked to order - a little better than medium rare. The waiter was very attentive and our food was well presented and served hot. The noise level was moderate enough that my friend and I enjoyed a good conversation over a good dinner.
We had been to Saltlik once before and had a great experience, so we decided to take my parent's there to celebrate their Anniversary. We were not disappointed! Our server was very attentive and helped to make recommendations for us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and I will definitely have the Rib-eye steak again! The apple pie was a great way to top off a fantastic dining experience.
Good food, good energy. Good place to meet a group of friends.
Waited a rather long time between the first course and our main course. Steaks were "warm" only and the rest of the meal was hot which indicates to me the timing wasn't very good in the kitchen.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday, and we were very pleased! They have something for everyone on the wine list; the steaks were huge, perfectly cooked to order (med rare) and well-seasoned. The broccoli side is not to be missed! Neither of us made it even half way thru our meals, due to the large portions. We weren't in a hurry, so the fact that we waited 45 minutes to place our order was odd, but tolerable. And it got us a round of either drinks or desserts. Two of us picked free drinks and the other two picked free desserts. They brought the wrong desserts to the table, and they included nuts, which one of us is allergic to.
