We have been to Saltlik many times and especially to celebrate an occasion and or when inviting someone who has not been to this restaurant. Typically it is high-scores across the board but on this occasion; Saturday August 13; the steaks were just not cutting it. I don't know if it has something to do with the down turn in the AB economy but the steaks were good but not great and not the typically high quality that I have always experienced and now expect. As usual - really good service and food. One member of the party had never been to Saltlik and she was very impressed with the food (Butcher's Sandwich). The second member of the party really enjoys the Ahi Tuna Salad and said it was so good. I had the Hand Pressed Burger - besides being good, it was very filling.
My wife and I were visiting and wanted a nice steak and a unique experience. Saltlik delivered! She had a med/rare fillet minion with lobster mash potatoes, just wow!! I had a med/rare ribeye with grilled broccoli, it was cooked to perfection. Our server Kristin was very friendly and personable. It seemed the whole waiting staff came by and made sure we were well taken care of! We will be back!!
Flavourful meal. Our server was knowledgeable and all of the staff was very concerned with food allergies at our table. Would highly recommend.
Lobster mash was fabulous. Excellent desserts. Great waiter (Isiah).
Went for lunch with a friend and ordered the chopped salad. It was excellent! So delicious! Thank you!

Great food. Nice atmosphere. A little disappointed they ran out of ribs. Definitely recommend.
