We often go to the Saltlik as a pre-theatre dinner choice. It has been just fine. The servers are charm ing and attentive. The food is very good. Prices are reasonable. Only one of us out of 40 'person-times' had a steak overcooked;the serverhad it redone and it was fine. We will continue to dine at the Saltlik.
The service was quite good. As a steakhouse it was mediocre at best. Had a fillet mignon that was so salty I could barely eat it. Disappointing for sure.
I chose your restaurant for a business lunch the other day, arrived there around 11:40. Our food show up at 12:40. You will have to be a bit faster. On the good side the food was great as usual and good service.
Well service was ok at best. The two steaks ordered tasted good but we're cold. Pretty dissatisfied overall
It was our first time at Saltlik. I used to work across the street so I have been curious for some time about the food there. We had a nice dinner. The steak was good - not the best I've ever had, but nothing to complain about. The loaded potato was very good, and the sticky toffee pudding was excellent. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Overall a good dining experience.
Entertained business associates at Saltlik this week. Our waiter was very polite, prompt, attentive. I don't order steak often in restaurants: why order something you can cook just as well yourself? Our group ordered ribeye and tenderloin steaks, all cooked to perfection. Caesar salad is excellent.
We made reservations for lunch with my VP. The food was amazing but can't say the same for service. I made a note on my reservation that my VP is a Celiac and to provide food options before we order. They forgot my tea, they took a while to come back with gluten-free option, and we had to ask for wine that we had ordered with our lunch. We'll definitely come back but mainly for the food.
We had dinner on Saturday night....everything we ordered was excellent....the Calamari to start, our steaks and the sides we had with it.....duck fat fries, asparagus, mushrooms....every bite was delicious!
Enjoyed the lunch, staff was very helpful, on time and pleasant. The atmosphere was great but a bit loud. It would be a great place for an outdoor patio.
