Went here on a Saturday night with a friend for the Big Taste. Started with the Moroccan Chicken soup (friend had the salad; both were good but salad seemed to be lacking a bit of oomph) and had the beef short ribs as the main. Good portion sizes and short ribs were tender and delicious. Although we were already too full for dessert, we finished off with the sticky toffee pudding, swimming in a pool of toffee sauce. Food and service was wonderful as always. Server had great recommendations. Food was hot, tasty and lots of it. Love the skinny fries. One of my favorite places for lunch.
One of the best places in town for steak. I go here for lunch often.
Really enjoyed our lunch here. Apparently they have a brand new menu as of a couple weeks ago. I had the chicken burger and my friend had the beef burger and both were fantastic. They substituted the fries for a side Caesar for no extra charge, even though that option wasn't listed. It took a while for our order to be taken, but once it was the food came out fast.
The food was awesome. Very tender and tasty steaks and desserts are too die for.
Great experience! We had a reservation and i'm glad we did as we had tickets to a show afterwards and there was quite a lineup to get in when we left. Our waiter was wonderful...friendly and efficient. I had the salmon...exceptional! My friend had the burger and fries, and a glass of wine. The wine she requested was not available that night so the waiter suggested a wine. Only negative was the table across from us with 8 people was too noisy and we could barely hear each other talk even though we were sitting beside each other.
We had a lovely waitress and she paced the food right to our needs. It was a great evening!
ORDERED A FILET, WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. IT COMES WITH A BAKED POTATO - THAT'S IT - NO VEGETABLE OR ANY TYPE OF GARNISH, SO PLATE LOOKS PRETTY BARE. ORDERED THE LOBSTER MASHED POTATOES & THEY ARRIVED COVERED IN ONIONS, WHICH I CANNOT EAT & THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE MENU. MENU NEEDS TO BE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT IS IN DISHES. HUSBAND HAD THE RIBS & SAID THEY WERE GOOD, BUT PRETTY SPICY. SERVICE WAS GOOD.
