I have always had a great experience with Guitar Salesman "James". He has helped me many times and I value his knowledge of musical instruments. I decided to have a couple of guitar projects done, and was directed to "Chris" in the repair/set up shop. I told Chris how I wanted my guitars set up and he delivered exactly what I asked for. Sam Ash has always been my favorite of the big box music stores. In a town where we have one right next door to Guitar Center… well, you guys are the obvious choice. You had what I needed, it was easy to find, and the staff was friendly when I was checking out. Thanks!
Came in mostly to get a Speaker to mic cable. Overall, store seemed somewhat messy. It was hard to find someone to help me choose between options. However, checkout clerk was helpful, delightful and funny. He helped turn a mundane visit into something more memorable and pleasurable.
Ryan was great! He helped us choose a bass guitar and amp, guitar, and a drum set set for our daughter.
